long time. We now formally deprecate them.

Applications should instead use the EVP APIs, e.g. EVP_EncryptInit_ex,
EVP_EncryptUpdate, EVP_EncryptFinal_ex, and the equivalently named decrypt
functions.

Apart from public and internal header files, there is a third type called
local header files, which are located next to source files in the source
directory. Currently, they have different suffixes like

'*_lcl.h', '*_local.h', or '*_int.h'

This commit changes the different suffixes to '*_local.h' uniformly.

BF_PTR (always on) BF_PTR2 (removed)
MD2_CHAR, MD2_LONG (always 'unsigned char')
IDEA_SHORT, IDEA_LONG (always 'unsigned int')
RC2_SHORT, RC2_LONG (always 'unsigned int')
RC4_LONG (only int and char (for assembler) are supported)
RC4_CHUNK (always long), RC_CHUNK_LL (removed)
RC4_INDEX (always on)
And also make D_ENCRYPT macro more clear (@appro)

Experimental symbol renaming to avoid clashes with regular OpenSSL.

Make sure crypto.h is included first in any affected files.

Optimize #undef DES_UNROLL for size.

Rename des_SPtrans to DES_SPtrans to differentiate from libdes and avoid certain linkage clashes.

Due to an increasing number of clashes between modern OpenSSL and
libdes (which is still used out there) or other des implementations,
the OpenSSL DES functions are renamed to begin with DES_

des_. Compatibility routines are provided and declared by including
openssl/des_old.h. Those declarations are the same as were in des.h
when the OpenSSL project started, which is exactly how libdes looked
at that time, and hopefully still looks today.

The compatibility functions will be removed in some future release, at
the latest in version 1.0.
