tests: fix TFTP test 2305 on Windows

Ref: #13692

tests: use %LOGDIR to refer to the log directory

This will allow it be set dynamically.

Ref: #10818

test2305: send 3 frames, 4097 bytes each, as one message

Receive them using a 256 bytes buffer in a loop.
