tests: ignore QUIT from FTP protocol comparisons
- QUIT is not an important FTP command
- curl only sends it "best effort", meaning it might not be sent
- it is a known "flaky" thing

always-multi: always use non-blocking internals
Remove internal separated behavior of the easy vs multi intercace.
curl_easy_perform() is now using the multi interface itself.
