Use array<string, mixed> type for $attributes

Slightly more accurate, and stops PHPStan from complaining about
the missing array type information.

Single blank line at eof

A PHP file without end tag must always end with a single empty line feed.

Don't make VariadicPlaceholder an expression

And don't store it in an Arg.
