Test mte with stitched ciphersuites in TLSv1.0

The previous commit fixed a bug with mte, stitched ciphersuites and
TLSv1.0. We now add a test for that scenario.

Use .cnf for config files, not .conf

The default is openssl.cnf The project seems to prefer xxx.conf these
days, but we should use the default convention.

Rename all foo.conf (
