Pass the loop to MAKE_VALGRIND_HAPPY() so it's explicit on which loop
needs to be cleaned up. Since it asserts on uv_loop_close(), need to

Pass the loop to MAKE_VALGRIND_HAPPY() so it's explicit on which loop
needs to be cleaned up. Since it asserts on uv_loop_close(), need to
remove a couple of those that were being done before the call.

Cleanup where loop was assigned, so the entire test either uses loop or
uv_default_loop(). Not both.

Also take care of any reqs that may have been left uncleaned.

test: disable tcp_close_accept on Windows

It always was a Unix only test

tcp: uv_tcp_dualstack()

Explicitly disable/enable dualstack depending on presence of flag set by
uv_tcp_dualstack() function.

test: don't connect to 0.0.0.0

OpenBSD won't let you do that, the connect() system call fails with
an EINVAL error. Connect to 127.0.0.1 instead.

kqueue/epoll/port loop's callback - stale events might invoke callbacks
on wrong watch

kqueue/epoll/port loop's callback - stale events might invoke callbacks
on wrong watchers.

Check if watcher was changed after invocation and invalidate all events
with the same fd.
