tests: add HTTP/3 test case, custom location for proper nghttpx - adding support for HTTP/3 test cases via a nghttpx server that is build with ngtcp2 and nghttp3. - test2500 is the first test case, performing a simple GET. - nghttpx is checked for support and the 'feature' nghttpx-h3 is set accordingly. test2500 will only run, when supported. - a specific nghttpx location can be given in the environment variable NGHTTPX or via the configure option --with-test-nghttpx=<path> Extend NGHTTPX config to H2 tests as well * use $ENV{NGHTTPX} and the configured default also in http2 server starts * always provide the empty test/nghttpx.conf to nghttpx. as it defaults to reading /etc/nghttpx/nghttpx.conf otherwise. Added nghttpx to CI ngtcp2 jobs to run h3 tests. Closes #9031

tests: fix the HTTP/2 tests The HTTP/2 tests brought with commit bf05606ef1f were using the internal name 'http2' for the HTTP/2 server, while in fact that name was already used for the second instance of the HTTP server. This made tests using the second instance (like test 2050) fail after a HTTP/2 test had run. The server is now known as HTTP/2 internally and within the <server> section in test cases. 1700, 1701 and 1702 were updated accordingly.

http2-tests: test1700 is the first real HTTP/2 test It requires that 'nghttpx' is in the PATH, and it will run the tests using nghttpx as a front-end proxy in front of the standard HTTP/1 test server. This uses HTTP/2 over plain TCP. If you like me have nghttpx installed in a custom path, you can run test 1700 like this: $ PATH=$PATH:$HOME/build-nghttp2/bin/ ./runtests.pl 1700

tests: add HTTP UNIX socket server testing support The variable `$ipvnum` can now contain "unix" besides the integers 4 and 6 since the variable. Functions which receive this parameter have their `$port` parameter renamed to `$port_or_path` to support a path to the UNIX domain socket (as a "port" is only meaningful for TCP). Multiple pipelines and limiting the number of connections. Introducing a number of options to the multi interface that allows for multiple pipelines to the same host, in order to optimize the balance between the penalty for opening new connections and the potential pipelining latency. Two new options for limiting the number of connections: CURLMOPT_MAX_HOST_CONNECTIONS - Limits the number of running connections to the same host. When adding a handle that exceeds this limit, that handle will be put in a pending state until another handle is finished, so we can reuse the connection. CURLMOPT_MAX_TOTAL_CONNECTIONS - Limits the number of connections in total. When adding a handle that exceeds this limit, that handle will be put in a pending state until another handle is finished. The free connection will then be reused, if possible, or closed if the pending handle can't reuse it. Several new options for pipelining: CURLMOPT_MAX_PIPELINE_LENGTH - Limits the pipeling length. If a pipeline is "full" when a connection is to be reused, a new connection will be opened if the CURLMOPT_MAX_xxx_CONNECTIONS limits allow it. If not, the handle will be put in a pending state until a connection is ready (either free or a pipe got shorter). CURLMOPT_CONTENT_LENGTH_PENALTY_SIZE - A pipelined connection will not be reused if it is currently processing a transfer with a content length that is larger than this. CURLMOPT_CHUNK_LENGTH_PENALTY_SIZE - A pipelined connection will not be reused if it is currently processing a chunk larger than this. CURLMOPT_PIPELINING_SITE_BL - A blacklist of hosts that don't allow pipelining. CURLMOPT_PIPELINING_SERVER_BL - A blacklist of server types that don't allow pipelining. See the curl_multi_setopt() man page for details.

gopher tests: revert parts of gopher in the pingpong server Introduced in the initial gopher commits, there was added logic to do GOPHER test serving in the pingpong server but as it resembles HTTP much more than FTP or SMTP, the gopher testing has been moved over to instead use the sws (HTTP) server. This change simply removes unused code.
