tests: remove leading spaces from some tags

The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used

MAIL command (FROM and AUTH parameters). Non-ASCII domain names will
be ACE encoded, if IDN is supported, whilst non-ASCII characters in
the local address part are passed to the server.
