tests: remove leading spaces from some tags
The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so

with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

tests: use %TESTNUMBER instead of fixed number
This makes the tests easier to copy and relocate to other test numbers
without having to update content.

When a username and password are provided in the URL, they were wrongly
removed from the stored URL so that subsequent uses of

removed from the stored URL so that subsequent uses of the same URL
wouldn't find the crendentials. This made doing HTTP auth with multiple
connections (like Digest) mishave.
Regression from 46e164069d1a5230 (7.62.0)
Test case 335 added to verify.
