tests: remove leading spaces from some tags
The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so

with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

- I removed the default use of "Pragma: no-cache" from libcurl when a proxy is
used. It has been used since forever but it was never a good idea to use
unless explicitly asked for.

While talking to host a.b.c, libcurl did wrongly not accept cookies that were
set to the domain .a.b.c (that is with a dot prefix). This is now fixed and
test case 171 verifies it.
