tests: ignore QUIT from FTP protocol comparisons

tests: remove leading spaces from some tags
The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so

The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

tests: use %TESTNUMBER instead of fixed number

As pointed out in Bug report #3579064, curl_multi_perform() would
wrongly use a blocking mechanism internally for some commands which
could lead to for example a very long block if the LIST response never
showed.
The solution was to make sure to properly continue to use the multi
interface non-blocking state machine.
The new test 1501 verifies the fix.
