tests: remove leading spaces from some tags
The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so

The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

tests: use %TESTNUMBER instead of fixed number
This makes the tests easier to copy and relocate to other test numbers
without having to update content.

Gets the test working with external proxies like Privoxy again.

The 'share object' only sets the storage area for cookies. The "cookie
engine" still needs to be enabled or activat

engine" still needs to be enabled or activated using the normal cookie
options.
This caused the curl command line tool to accidentally use cookies
without having been told to, since curl switched to using shared cookies
in 7.66.0.
