tests: remove leading spaces from some tags
The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so

with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

SSL feature.
There are pending changes to cmake builds that will allow enabling NTLM
in non-SSL builds in Windows. In that case the NTLM auth strings created
are different from what is expected by the NTLM tests and they fail:
"The issue with NTLM is that previous non-SSL builds would not enable
NTLM and so the NTLM tests would be skipped."

The check that prevents payload from sending in case of authentication
doesn't check properly if the authentication is done or not.

They're cases where the proxy respond "200 OK" before sending
authentication challenge. This change takes care of that.

previously naive hard-coded version. Made the HTTP test serve

Modified sws to support and use custom CONNECT responses instead of the
previously naive hard-coded version. Made the HTTP test server able to
extract test case number from the host name in a CONNECT request by
finding the number after the last dot. It makes 'machine.moo.123' use
test case 123.
Adapted a larger amount of tests to the new <connect> style.
