either using nextRowset() calls or closeCursor() and skip the
attempt to consume remaining results sets

either using nextRowset() calls or closeCursor() and skip the
attempt to consume remaining results sets during destruction in
that case.
Especiall if closeCursor() has been used, we really shouldn't
have this sort of cross-statement inference.
