These libraries are found in your database 17installation, or in the free Oracle Instant Client from 18https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/instant-client.html 19Install the 'Basic' or 'Basic Light' Instant Client package. If building from 20source, then also install the SDK package. 21 22Oracle's standard cross-version connectivity applies.
