Now this looks the same on NS/IE/Opera/Mozilla. Everyone happy now? :)

Jani's previous commit made the bottom bar ugly with IE....
There were no cap before, but there is a big one now.
So reverting the change.

Get rid of that annoying cap in the bottom. (NS 4.7 / Linux)
