Organize external shortcuts in a more general fashion.
Group them before the language dependent shortcut's section,
because they are not langauge dependent. Hope this makes the
code a bit

* Added links to the manual pages for the strstr function and the if control
structure. It goes to the mirror's default language page if that does
not exist it falls back to english.
