Backport simple list formatting from new style sheet, for the frontpage

Make IE happier with floating the whole content instead of leaving
it in its original positioning. This solves the "IE 3px bug" for us.
Tested to work in Mozilla 1.3/Win, IE6/Win and Opera 7.
