Fixing some small typos, and adding the new info available
in ZEND_CHANGES_PHP_5_0_0b2.txt committed by Andi.
As discussed, we will replace that txt with this file...

- Copy over some of the old comments from the beta 1 announcement and
- add a line about simplexml

- Go live with Beta 2

- Don't need the ze1 stuff

- Add news and zend changes relevant to b2. I will link to this from the main

Rewrite the download table code to print out an error if no format
is available for download, and omit columns and rows if no file
is available in that format / language. TODO: cleanup :)

Once again, we have tar.gz and not tar.bz2...

Remove the note on format availability, and the tip on bz2 for
windows users (the files are tgz compressed again). Add an
xCHM tip in that place instead.
