Changed default English mapping from en-us to en-ca because en-us has a bing bug, and is returning a limited number of bing API results. Weird, Eh?

notfound is already escaped inside manual-lookup.php, so it was escaped twice. Bug discovered by Chris Jones

Removed manual/en/ from links. Sorry 404 handler, but you have more work to do. This coincides with how we do it elsewhere.

Added rudimentary search snippets feature. Common searches result in snippets of text. See also the comments. And feel free to improve the text.

We get a lot of requests for this outdated content description file, so
add a generic one to avoid hitting the backend search for it.

Redirect labels.rdf 404 requests to something slightly related.

Added sitemap.xml to stop the 404s. This is probably not correct (for mirrors) but maybe it'll work (feel free to adjust). Although really, it's mainly to stop the 404s. :)
