Fixed some spacing issues.

Prefer Helvetica Neue if available.

Use Helvetica instead of Arial if possible.

Made the backgrounds less purple. They almost look grey now.

Removed some excess spacing. Also deepened some colors for more contrast. I did make them slightly purple -- we may want to move back to grey.

Unboxed each note in the Notes section. Readded the yellow background to Caution boxes, but made it darker than before.

Removed unnecessary font size declaration. Also removed the margin-right since it looks bad.
