Clean up the formatting of the other sections, rearrange a few questions, clean up the explanation of persistent connections.

Formatting fixes.

We only support the old IMAP library for now.

Correction about using CFLAGS. You really need to use CPPFLAGS for configure to use it in the AC_CHECK_HEADER stuff.
