Bye bye to the new/ hierarchy. Seems a little redundant now that the new look has been running for quite some time. Not to mention the wasted space with our gazillion mirrors.

Clean up a whole bunch of old and stale files.

Whoops, documentation.php3 is old. Make the changes to the right file and
get rid of the old one.

Rearrange the documentation links, making the FAQ and changes files more prominent, and be a little less pessimistic about the usefulness of the manual.

Rearrange things on the homepage to a more reasonable (IMO) order. It's
nice to get the 'What is PHP?' front-and-center.

add IIS authentication info to faq

Reduced image sizes by about 30% ... faster downloading, blah blah blah ..

Ask for seperated bug reports/feature requests. It's a pain dealing with things that have an "oh, by the way..."
