Some changes to the new credits page:

- clicking on a name will first hide any names that already are open
- search and mirror kickouts appear on top of name kickouts

- clicking on a name will first hide any names that already are open
- search and mirror kickouts appear on top of name kickouts

I don't think I can have a name kickout disappear when either the search
or mirror kickout is activated. It would take a bunch of re-coding to
pages that already work </lazy> ... and I don't think it's necessary.

put the names in a more compact way

New version of the credits page, with pop-outs for the core people
(note that the blurb about the core people is in a seperate file now)

iquest forwards back to php.net - no point in that link

Add FAQ about adding slashes via regular expression.

Point this link at ca.php.net if we are on the www.php.net site to avoid
weird Apache bug on that site.
