these files just exist so old links don't break, so just require the current file.

these files aren't used any more

need to use dom-compliant left/top instead of pixelLeft/pixelTop. works with mozilla now. also tested against ie5/win2k, but no other versions of ie. i'm sure there will be screaming if it broke.
