Fixed a bug in opendir(), which prevented readdir() from working properly if
the $dir argument wasn't explicitly specified

Fix Win32 build

add opendir to VIRTUAL_DIR

chdir returns 0 on success, compare against it

Use reentrant version of readdir. If the target platform does not support
the POSIX-like readdir_r, we fall back to readdir. In ZTS mode, this will
cause php_readdir_r calls to be serialized.

Update the license with the new clause 6

- Change PHP_ to V_ (directory & file functions)
