Make show_menu maintain its state a bit better, and fix the confusion
between the two different $status variables

Remove some debug - this script still won't work until all mirrors are
running the latest CVS. The stupid bug in file_exists() was a pain.

More sites, including E*Trade!! Someone noticed they were using PHP2
to server up their mutual fund stuff.
