People that have never logged in since the move to SVN
Are effectively blocked out by this change and they'll have to reset their passwords.

Use the username from the SESSION, not the (possibly)currently-viewing

Kill a tiny svn-auth.inc

Make these variables greppable.. And in the way fix a bug where the username was never
hinted in the login form
