This should fix the svn integration, or at least get pretty close

- Add rasmus so that he can cleanup comment spam.

- Removed extra quote and fixed "not OS" searches when changing sort order

- Fix favicon

- Fix some xss issues found by Rasmus

- Update convert script

- Update version list (need to really make this automatic)

- Updated images, fixed paths

- Added the /<id> redirection.

- Updated some TODO items, cvs -> svn

- Ignore "www" symlink, updated README to include some required PHP/PEAR stuff

- No need for authentication in search for now

- Do not fail totally when auth check fails and use UTF-8 from now on

- Allow using different db ext
