avoid -DPLATFORM=\"...\" and -DCFLAGS=\"...\" command lines,
use new file buildinf.h instead.

Don't mix real tabs with tabs expanded as 8 spaces -- that's
a pain to read when using 4-space tabs.

Change #include filenames from <foo.h> to <openssl.h>.
