curl tool: Enable support for the SMB protocol

This patch enables SMB/CIFS support in the curl command-line tool.

tests: Disable test 1013 until SMB is fully added

DISABLED: 836, 882 and 938 hang

DISABLED: disable the new tests that do NTLM

The tests 2025, 2028 and 2031 don't work for me so I'll have them
disabled for now until we solve the problem.

These changes make tests 2012 to 2016 pass.
