removed a bunch of warnings for IPv6-compiles

now works with IPv6 and HTTP proxy

netrc fix

hm, don't free the home dir and append the .netrc part properly

checks for a few functions and include files more for the new getpwuid()
stuff in lib/netrc.c

uses getpwuid() to find user's home dir
